Once a year, the XITASOnians from all different locations gather for a Retreat to meet, exchange, and work on new ideas. In October 2023, 200 motivated XITASOnians met for these reasons in Sonthofen - and to work on their excellence as well. Networking, open spaces and teambuilding events were part of the agenda. But most important was the happiness about being together physically again, meeting, chatting, and laughing.
A particular highlight was the introduction of the new brand positioning.
The Stage is ours:
Everyone could really let off steam on our open stage, from theatre performances to quiz shows and even self-composed songs.
