The intelligent assistant system uses data from previous offer calculations to generate tailor-made recommendations. The application of a vector database and an advanced search algorithm were of enormous aid here. This technology enabled not only the checking of texts for identical wording, but also for similar meaning. This meant millions of texts could be searched thoroughly in less than one second.

The fish must be attracted to the bait.Therefore, it was ensured already during the development phase that the calculation assistant fulfills exactly the requirements of the future user through definition of the personas. This user-focused method guaranteed an optimal operability and acceptance among the target group. XITASO carried out interviews with users and involved experts who consistently evaluated our results.

Not to forget the appropriate UX-Design, which could generate early feedback through click dummies. The design of the features was another sector where the customer could rely fully on our judgement and on the whole could just present us the vision of the target.
