A brand with Enjoy-factor
XITASO is different to other companies, that is what employees and customers report. In 2023, we wanted to represent this in words: what exactly makes the difference and how can we convey this to the world outside? Concisely and authentic.
Increasing the brand’s power with clear words
XITASO started as a software-engineering service provider over ten years ago. A lot has happened in the meantime. We have worked our way in to the high-end sector, step by step, and our range of services has significantly broadened. We no longer merely deliver software, rather we support our customers holistically, becoming involved in their processes and giving consultation on a variety of questions concerning digitization.
The basis of all this is our strong value system. In the XITASO Code – the beating heart of our company – we have defined how we want to deal and work with each other. The six terms with their respective explanations give us orientation and support internally. However, the XITASO Code is not the right instrument for pointed customer discussions. This piece of the puzzle had been missing: How can we convey our performance promise externally to the market? What distinguishes us from the competition?
It was time to get to the bottom of this: and thus, representatives from various communities came together to work out what the XITASO difference is, in a series of workshops. Building on the findings of a comprehensive competition analysis and customer surveys, it was found out that the ‘Enjoy’ factor makes the difference. And that in turn is based on our excellent work. The claim ‘Enjoy Digital Excellence’ was born. It is supported by three brand values which were crystalized during the project:
Guided by an inner drive, all XITASOnians are searching for impactful results. Teams of experts work together on high-end innovative solutions for individual questions.
Always being on the cutting edge is not enough for us. We want to break new paths. We achieve this with our customers responsibly and with branch experience.
And now we come to the small but fine difference. We take every step towards every solution, with and for our customers, proactively and passionately. And we get personal - in a positive sense. We are inspired by what we do. And we want to inspire others.
Summarized:
We take joy in what we do. Our digital solutions are so excellent that we can inspire others with them, and thereby convey the joy to our customers. ‘Digital Excellence’ is what we can do, but it is exactly the ‘Enjoy’ that differentiates us from other competitors.
